How to use Skydive Coach App

Everything you need to get started — whether you're a coach running your business or a jumper logging your first season.

Getting started as a coach

Sign up and subscribe

  • Download the app and register as a Coach.
  • Subscribe to unlock annotation, remote-coaching replies, packages, vouchers and Stripe payouts.
  • Cancel any time — keep access until the end of the billing period.

Set up your coach profile

  • Profile tab → add your bio, dropzone, disciplines and photo.
  • This is what jumpers see when they find you.

Set your availability

  • Events → Set Availability.
  • Set a home dropzone and a home tunnel — you can post days at either, or both on the same date.
  • Pick the dates and times you're free to coach.
  • Students can only book slots that fit your availability.

Connect Stripe for payouts

  • Profile → Accounts → Connect with Stripe.
  • Link your bank — payouts arrive automatically after each booking.

Create lesson & remote packages

  • Profile → My Packages → +.
  • Lesson packs: a number of in-person coaching jumps.
  • Remote-coaching packs: credits students spend to send you jump videos.
  • Set title, type, count and price.

Annotate jump videos

  • Open any video in Media → tap the pencil.
  • Draw freehand, lines, arrows and angles on the footage.
  • Drop freeze-frame markers and step frame-by-frame.
  • Step through frame-by-frame to break down body position, then save back to your library.

Reply to a remote submission

  • Friends → Remote Coaching → open the session.
  • Annotate the student's jump video.
  • Attach your response — the student gets it instantly with all your markups intact.

Track lesson history

  • Every confirmed booking auto-creates a Lesson Card.
  • Events → History → tap a student → tap a session.
  • Shared Notes both can edit, plus Private Notes only you see.
  • Attach photos and videos as a permanent record.

Issue vouchers & gift vouchers

  • Profile → Voucher Codes for discount codes attached to lessons or packages.
  • Profile → Gift Vouchers to comp a package free, or sell a paid gift voucher via Stripe.
  • Track gift-voucher delivery status live.

Brief a draw and keep team notes

  • Dirt Dives → Draw to pull a competition draw for FS, VFS, Dynamic or Solo Speed.
  • Build a custom draw round by round when you want to work a specific weakness.
  • Open any round as a dirt dive and walk the team through it point by point.
  • Skills → Team Notes to keep running notes on a squad across the season.
